2000 Maritime Street

For Good Eggs — an online organic grocery service that delivers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area — Sutti Associates designed and built an immense food distribution and logistics warehouse. In particular, the project supports the company to meet exacting safety standards for its “absurdly fresh local produce.”

Tenant improvements included installation of:

  • Over 40,000 square feet of refrigerated boxes of various temperatures
  • State-of-the-art CO2 refrigerant system
